Weighing of raw materials and ease of the precise mixing. The main raw materials(85% of total raw materials) in silo can be managed by automatic weighing machine, and others can be managed with semi-automatic robot.Therefore we can run the weighing section by only two men.
Pre-mixer(pre-dispersion : machine to disperse raw materials homogeneously) It is possible to mix homogeneously with the MIXACO type pre-mixer that has speed changeable two blades
Extruder (machine for melt mixing) We have equipment three machines. One is Mono-kneader(Buss) and others are twin extruder. All are well known in the world with their high performances. They have several benefits like this : fit of customer's needs, easy cleaning, quick color change.
Mill (machine to grind chips fine) We have the latest horizontal type mills developed by MIKROPOL (Germany) in 1996. We can clean easily compare to existing vertical type and we have a benefit by it's high durability. Generally other makers set up one cyclone on each mill, but we have two cyclones so as to make thin film powder in mass production scale. We can get a result to reduce loss of powder about 3%-15%(normal products : 3%, PCM products : 15%)

Sieve (equipment for separating powder size in a certain range) We had set up ultra-sonic system to prevent being closed with powder. It helps to control the quality uniformly. Product efficiency can be increased because we can put the powder into the tumbler container directly.
Tumbler-Blender (machine for mixing powders together homogeneously) We can clean easily, can use as our intention, because it is not fixed type. It prevents the powder from being contaminated originally. Therefore , we can produce high quality powder and various special pattern powder. |
