Field of application
Coatings are ideal for exterior decoration and for anticorrosion protection of parts or finished products, which do have to withstand outdoor conditions.
Typical applications include fence pipe, guardrail, playground equipment, farming machinery, garden tools, architectural products, automotive products and aluminum profiles.

POWTON¢ç PM6000Series are designed to produce a variety film thickness coatings in range of 2 to 4 mils (50~100§). The product data listed herein provide a guide to your selection of a product for your application. Availability
- Color : Various.
- Gloss range : 15 to 95 %. (smooth surface under 60¡Æangle)
- Surface : smooth and textured for gloss to mat vermicular for semi-gloss and mat.
- Note : Standard obtained with 120-130g/§³ (40 sq. ft/11b)
Powder Characteristics
- Density : 1.4 ~ 1.8
- Storage : Store in a dry place in closed packages at a temperature below 35¡É(95¢µ).
- Packaging : 20kg(44.5lbs) plastic bag in cardboard boxes
- Shelf life : 12 months in closed bag at a temperature inferior to 30¡É(86¢µ).
