Product Selection
POWTON® PU2100 Series are designed to produce a variety film thickness coatings in range of 2 to 4 mils (50~100㎛). The product data listed herein provide a guide to your selection of a product for your application. We urge you to consult our Powder coatings Field sales Engineer and to make your own tests to determine if a product is suitable for your requirements.

Availability
- Color : Various.
- Gloss range : 10 to 95 %.(smooth surface under 60° angle)
- Surface : smooth and textured for gloss to matt.
- Note : Standard obtained with 120-130g/㎡ (40 sq. ft/11b)

Powder Characteristics
- Density : 1.4 ~ 1.8
- Storage : Store in a dry place in closed packages at a temperature below 25℃(80℉).
- Packaging : 20kg(44.5lbs) or 50lbs plastic bag in cardboard boxes
- Shelf life : 12 months in closed bag at a temperature inferior to 25℃(80 ℉).

Coating Characteristics
Good film appearance with the excellent exterior exposure durability. These polyester coatings also exhibit excellent chemical resistance and flow.

* All tests, unless noted otherwise, were performed on 24 gauge Bonder panels electrostatically sprayed at 2.4mils(60㎛ )



If all the coating and surface treatment conditions are respected, a coating resistance guarantee (include the building decennial guarantee) can be authorized, guarantee covered by insurance

In case of very specific utilization, the user has to control by himself if the product fulfill all requirements
