Base
POW-THIN 250 Series thermosetting powders are designed for Thin Film PCM Powder Coatings. Specially designed Polyester resins, hardener, and Pigment to get high coating efficiency .
POW-THIN 250 Series can be formed stable film with 30~40¡×¡©D.F.T compared with general powder coatings that can be formed it with 60~80¡×¡©. It is continuous and highly automated process for coating metal . The metal is then cleaned and chemically treated in preparation for painting.
Pretreatments may be used to provide the bond between the metal and the coating, in addition to adding any corrosion resistance. The type of chemical treatment varies with the type of metal being used. This type of powder can substitute for liquid type paints the result that overcomes the problem of having extra fine particles by technique of particle controls.
