By Corona electrostatic hand or automatic powder spray gun. The voltage of gun spray is adjusted to 20~80KV |

Standard cure : 390¢µ(200§) for 10 minute(metal temperature) |

Colors

Black ; available with various gloss levels.
Beige, Gray, and Brown, are available with satin and semi gloss levels.
White is not available. |
Finish
|
Smooth and textured finishes are available with or without black speckles. |
| Pretreatment |
Pretreatment reduces conductivity. ESD coatings applied over pretreated substrate will produce more resistivity than non-pretreated substrate.
Example : B1000 = 10 7 ohms
CRS = 10 4 ohms |

By electrostatic, hand, or automatic gun. |
| Dry Storage |
6 months at not more than 77 0 Fahrenheit. Particular attention should be paid to storage where adverse climatic conditions are possible. |
| Curing Schedule |
Various curing schedules are available. Specific requirements should be stated. Standard cure : 360 § for 10 minute peak metal temperature |
